报告人简介：

刘敏，中共党员，硕士生导师，2018年博士毕业于中国海洋大学物理海洋学专业，主要研究方向为海浪小尺度海气相互作用。现任海洋科学系主任、海洋科学系党支部书记、校青年教师学术沙龙副会长。主讲《海洋科学导论》等6门本科、研究生课程。主持省级专创融合课程1项、省级教学改革项目3项。获河北省第五届教师教学创新大赛一等奖、第二届（2025）全国海洋学教学大赛二等奖。

Liu Min, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a Master's Supervisor. She earned her Ph.D. in Physical Oceanography from Ocean University of China in 2018. Her primary research focuses on small-scale air-sea interactions in ocean waves. Currently, she holds the positions of Department Chair of the Department of Marine Science and Secretary of the Department's Party Branch. She also serves as the Vice President of the University's Young Teachers Academic Salon.She teaches six undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Introduction to Marine Science. She has led one provincial-level specialized and innovation-integrated curriculum project and three provincial-level teaching reform projects. Her accolades include the First Prize in the 5th Hebei Provincial College Teaching Innovation Competition and the Second Prize in the 2nd (2025) National Oceanography Teaching Competition.
