报告人简介：

潘哲副教授（中共党员），1990年6月出生，河北廊坊人，大连海洋大学学士、中国海洋大学硕士博士。河北农业大学海岸带环境创新团队负责人，硕士研究生导师，2025年荣获国家自然科学基金，“河北省优青”、河北省科技特派员、《渔业科学进展》青年编委、秦皇岛港城英才，秦皇岛市自然保护地专家库专家，秦皇岛海港区青联委员。担任硕士生导师以来，累计指导硕士研究生12名。

潘哲老师主要研究方向为近海湿地及贝类养殖碳循环和水污染防治，他在近海生态系统领域具有重要研究成果。主持参与国家、省部级及政府项目20余项，发表学术和教研论文20余篇，拥有实用新型专利2项，编著高校教材1部，并多次受邀在国内学术会议上作专题报告。相关成果为河北省近海湿地修复和碳汇研究提供了科学依据，为海洋生态保护与污染治理贡献了相关理论支持，与政府及相关企业部门保持着密切的合作研究与技术推广工作，并为《Aquaculture》、《Science of the total environment》、《Environmental Pollution》、《Aquaculture Research》、《水产学报》、《海洋与湖沼》等多个领域顶刊编委和审稿人。

Associate Professor Pan Zhe (Member of the Communist Party of China)

Born in June 1990 in Langfang, Hebei, Associate Professor Pan Zhe holds a bachelor’s degree from Dalian Ocean University and a master’s and Ph.D. from Ocean University of China. He currently leads the Coastal Environmental Innovation Team at Hebei Agricultural University and serves as a master’s supervisor, mentoring 12 graduate students. Recognized for his academic contributions, he was awarded the "Hebei Outstanding Young Scientist" title and serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member for Progress in Fishery Sciences. He is also an expert in the Qinhuangdao Natural Reserve Expert Database, a selected talent of the Qinhuangdao Port City Elite Program, and a member of the Qinhuangdao Haigang District Youth Federation.

His research focuses on coastal wetland carbon cycling and water pollution control, with significant contributions to nearshore ecosystem studies. He has led 20+ provincial and local projects, published 20+ academic papers, holds 2 utility model patents, and co-authored a university textbook. His work provides critical scientific support for wetland restoration, blue carbon research, and marine pollution governance in Hebei. An active peer reviewer, he collaborates with journals such as Aquaculture, Science of the Total Environment, and Environmental Pollution. His expertise bridges academia, government, and industry, driving sustainable coastal management.
