报告人简介：

吴成宾（中共党员），河北农业大学校聘副教授，硕士生导师，河北农业大学鱼类遗传育种创新团队负责人，河北省“优青”，河北省“冀青英才”，安徽省“科技副总”，安徽省池州市鳜鱼产业发展技术顾问。主持国家自然科学基金-青年基金1项，河北省自然科学基金2项；发明专利2项；选育饲料鳜鱼新品系1个；服务养殖企业30余家。

Wu Chengbin, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds the position of university-appointed associate professor and master's supervisor at Hebei Agricultural University. He serves as the director of the Fish Genetic Breeding Innovation Team at Hebei Agricultural University. Wu is recognized as an "Excellent Young Scholar" in Hebei Province, a "Hebei Youth Talent," a "Scientific and Technological Deputy Director" in Anhui Province, and a technical advisor for the mandarin fish industry development in Chizhou City, Anhui Province. He has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund project and two Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province projects. Wu holds two invention patents, has successfully developed a new strain of feed-grade mandarin fish, and provided professional services to more than 30 aquaculture enterprises.
